- Maintain and support database records, providing training as needed.
- Facilitate inter-department and volunteer communication.
- Coordinate and manage departmental calendars.
- Maintain meeting spaces, offices, and storage areas, ensuring necessary supplies are stocked.
- Manage the Family Ministry Pastor’s meeting schedules with external contacts.
- Assist with planning and promoting events, including registration, facilities and rental coordination, and budget tracking.
- Support staff with check-in systems and reports and manage Planning Center Online (PCO) workflow resources and calendar management.
- Facilitate onboarding and workflow integration for new families and volunteers.
- Support the Family Ministry Pastor by managing their calendar, preparing for meetings, handling correspondence, and processing expense reports.
- Assist with communications from Family Ministry, including writing, designing, and coordinating outreach efforts to parents, students, and external groups.
- Oversee the production of publications and develop templates, forms, and procedures.
- Ensure participant safety by implementing and adhering to all Family Ministry and Safe Church policies and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support Family Ministry goals.

- A faithful follower of Jesus.
- Bachelor’s degree or greater preferred (current college enrollment is acceptable).
- Minimum one-year related experience preferred.
- Experience in a church, school, or community setting is highly preferred
- The ability to lead worship is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to interact and engage with school-aged youth
- Must be able to lift, transport, and set up equipment up to 30 pounds
- Extensive walking and standing across a 14-acre campus in all weather conditions is required
- Must have a clean, current DMV record
- DOJ background clearance is required
- Must adhere to and model PCC’s Safe Church policies
- This position is full-time, non-exempt with 40 hours per week.
- This position is primarily a T-F/Sunday job
- This position will be expected to work on Sundays, some evenings, and some holidays.
